If you were to go again, would you fork out the extra for the seafront room? What did you think of the original room you booked when you saw it? Is it less private?

We are planning to go for the Swim Up next year again. From our POV the Beach Front was nice but not essential. Yes, the Swim Up are more exposed, as the website clearly shows, but there’s not a lot of pedestrian traffic in front of you ... the entrances are at the rear of the building, so you don’t get people walking across ‘your front lawn’. The footpaths on the far side of the ‘river’ are largely screened by hedges.
We had some quite windy days when the reef didn’t fully protect the beach, so it was a little bit choppy and the Red flag was flying. Later it went from Yellow to, eventually, Green. I’ll add a couple of snaps when I’m on my proper computer!
