As a request - there are loads of questions here from people going to particular places but relatively few reports of actual experiences going to the USA, Thailand, Norway, getting e-vouchers announcements made at gates before boarding and so on - so it would be good to hear "this is what happened to me". Speaking for myself, I'm largely going by what I've read, whereas generally I try to give advice on what I have experienced.
