Hello. Yesterday at 5pm I spoke with the contact centre to change my ticket (flight ZRH-LCY) to depart today instead of tomorrow. At the time he said he wasn’t able to offer any additional flexibility and one option he recommended was booking a separate ticket and then applying for the voucher.
I have done this, as I was keen to get home. Having checked the t&cs, I’m a bit confused by
point 10 (screenshot).
Does journey mean the actual flight in question, or the entire journey/ticket? The flight I am hoping to have the voucher issued for is the return leg of a LON-ZRH round trip ticket.
