We are due to fly to Koh Samui tonight via Singapore booked through BA Holidays. Voucher terms state it must be claimed 48 hours before departure but the Thai Govt only added the UK to their watch list last night making us change our mind on the trip.
we have both been on hold for over an hour and considering driving to LHR to try and sort out. We are only 30 mins drive but as it’s a BA Holiday does anyone know if ticketing at LHR can actually help?
