In not unusual Caribbean fashion, the visa was not clear. She has a prepaid (UN) return ticket (Feb-Dec 2020) which obviously exceeds usual stay length. Ultimately useless ticket was purchased at a kiosk in a Canadian airport with the help of an AC agent. Price is latitude but don't think it is. Can't be cancelled on line. Can't call a AC agent (no 1-800 #, 514 number won't go through). No response on AC complaints, twitter or facebook. A try at Caribbean airport not successful. Not helpful to return to Canada on ticket to cancel said ticket.

Ideas?



I have AC50 status but doubt they will talk to me.
Also, what is the fare basis for this ticket? That will tell you whether it is Latitude.
