I think it's too early to decide what to do. If we continue in this state of "no travel" for months and months, extending makes sense since people can't qualify. If this eases up soon (in the next few weeks or even by June), I think offering DEQDs would make sense, since people will be able to fly again and qualify.
Personally, extending status for 6 months really doesn't mean much, unless they are going to give me addtional SWUs. My spot on the upgrade list would be low since my EQDs will have fallen off a cliff.
