Unfortunaly Delta "outsourced" all of their european call center/agents to AF/KL in 2017...very sad for us european Medallions. Which ever number you're calling in europe - it will always be answered by AF agents, which can help you with most standard ticket problems but not whith anything regarding Skymiles/Medallion status. In such cases you have to call the USA numbers.
