Interesting - I didn't get the email... either once or twice.
But it's possible it's because I fall into the category of folks that are "supposed" to call (I have a trip to the EU in two weeks). I plan to wait until this mega-schedule-change-Saturday in hopes that they move my flight times enough to be eligible for a full refund rather than just a credit. All of my leisure travel has already been booked out for this year so a travel credit won't do me much good.
