I have a LHR to IAD flight 19th March that I now want to cancel, am I right in thinking if I call BA I can get a credit for the value of what I paid and it will be valid for a year from 19th March?
I would obviously rather a refund but as I will re-book this trip at some point I’ll still use it. I can hold off cancelling for a few days yet as I doubt I’ll get through at the Moment and I guess there is a slim chance things could change again by then.
I’m only bronze so do I just call bronze number?
