I was due to fly CPH-Frankfurt today and return on Sunday. I am not going.

I was waiting to see if travel restrictions would cancel my ticket, but since that is not the case, I would like to just claim back the taxes I paid.

The ticket is non-refundable.

In the app I cannot cancel the ticket. So presumably there is no way for me to let SAS know I am not going?

How do I claim my taxes back?

I am hoping to not use the phone because they are overwhelmed and people report waiting in line for 2-4 hours.
