Destination fee charged and denied waiver at Joy De Vivre property.

anyone know if Joy De Vivre properties are considered exceptions - as jdv is new to Hyatt portfolio?

Stay was underwhelming given Hyatt expectations. Pushy housekeeping kept coming into my room without knocking when I was sleeping and complained I was past checkout time.
