As a national citizen from an European country I don't have any European stamps, entry or exit
US custom officials and TK boarding personnel strictly scrutinize all past itineraries. It’s up to the passenger if he/she wants to lie but that would be one hell of a risk as you'd be lying to people who are trained to understand any type of lies.
