I had pre-paid for one night at the Hampton Inn Los Angeles/Carson location # Confirmatoin #82751XXX

As soon as I received the noticed I called the hotel to ask for a ONE TIME COURTESY CANCELLATION REFUND ($153.14) DUR TO THE CORONA VIRUS CANCELLATION of my Princess Cruise out of Los Angeles a few minutes ago (Thursday morning, March 12) for our sailing on Friday, March 13. I had a “advance pay” room Thursday night (March 12).

I WAS DENIED A ONE-TIME COURTESY CANCELLATION REFUND! They responded they would have done it if I had cancelled 24 hours in advance. (How/why would I cancel 24 hours in advance when I just received cruise cancellation due to the corona virus..)

Hilton will get my $150 dollars, but Marriott will get all my future business for myself and my company employees unless they hilton makes this right.

As a long time DIAMOND MEMBER, I have no understanding as to why this would be a problem receiving this ONE TIME "CORONA VIRUS" EXCEPTION.
Such drama. And so many caps. You must be tired after crafting that missive. Stuff happens when you travel...be glad you’re not taking a bigger hit. Move on.
