I have to change my outbound TED flight to a different time, same day, IAD-LAS. I thought when TED rolled out they were talking about an inexpensive change fee, say $25. I checked my fare rules more carefully and its $100. After flying TED once already and now seeing this, I don't see any benefit to the passenger (no upgrades, etc). What am I missing??? Sorry if this was already covered in another thread, I'm a newbie to this board.
