I'm assuming canceled travel due to Trump's Schengen ban would fall under the "quarantine" clause of the policy?

I have an Expedia package to Belgium for March 28 with flights on Delta. I have a feeling Delta is going to cancel those flights and Expedia will have to cancel the package and refund it, but if they don't I might need to take advantage of this benefit.
