I am also not convinced by the wording of the choices. Let's take "affected countries during the coronavirus outbreak (Italy, China, etc)" (option 1) - do you mean countries that have zero cases as against any cases at all (no matter how few?). Option 2 is worded better, but views will differ on how many constitutes "many confirmed cases"
