Hello! I'm on hold with chase and it has been more than 1 hour. I have to cancel my trip for this weekend, and just received a doctor's note yesterday. Per Chase, we need to contact our travel supplier within 48 hours of receiving advice from the doctor. However, I'm having a hard time getting through to British Airways. Is chase flexible on this deadline, especially during this time when all travel suppliers are having extreme high call volumes? Thanks!
