What Happens if a Ticketed Passenger in Your Multi-Ticket Booking is a No Show?

I have 4 tickets I booked under one locator number with BA using Avios for an Alaska Flight on Saturday. One ticketed family member can no longer go on the trip with us, so I need to cancel the single round-trip ticket only for the one passenger.

BUT...I cannot cancel the ONE TICKET online on the BA website (I can only cancel the entire booking). So - I need to call to cancel just the one ticket.

I tried calling BA FOUR TIMES today, and each time, I was disconnected at the ONE HOUR wait mark. I have two more days to try, but with all of the COVID-19 crap going on, it's not looking good. I know I may lose those points.

So my question is: What happens if I arrive at the airport with only 3 people in the 4 person booking? Can I cancel that 4th ticket at the counter with Alaska - or will I have to go to the BA Counter and deal with someone there? Is that person considered a no show? And if so, is there a fee? What happens to everyone else under that same booking?
