There were two different screens with the "request refund" button before the final confirmation window was displayed. The second one showed the refund amount and that the refund would go to my credit card:


(I saved each page as a PDF, but some details, such as no change/cancellation fee being charged and that I would get 100% of the ticket price back, didn't get included in the PDF...)
