In all my years flying OZ, I have never had my carry on weighed. At ICN or any of the various outstations.
Because I was already maxed out on my other pieces anyways. There was no place to move the extra weight. Asiana had never checked my carryon before last year, so I thought I would be safe. But losing $200 over 6 pounds was a painful lesson to be more careful in the future.
