I flew last week from lHR, checking in bags in the First Wing, with my boarding pass on my mobile phone. The checkin agent gave me a small card to which she stuck my baggage tags.



What I didn't notice at the time was that she had also written a message on the back of the card (with her name and number at the top). First time ever, and a really nice touch.

(If anyone knows a way of rotating an image without re-editing it, I would be happy to hear. I managed to resize it by editing the size info)
