Thank you for the offer. I called and got the points posted (yay!). Would be great if you can pass this feedback along as usually for overseas stays if you call first to get missing points posted, they request you to fill the form. Now with the new, "no email reply" system, we have to fill form first, get a reply that is not relevant, and then call again to get the points posted. Having a different form for submission for less points posted would help as customer service constantly almost always responds to the Missing Stay form stating nights have posted even when we are clearly stating that issue is not with nights but with points. Early we could reply to that email and get the correction done. We no longer can reply.
