Was able to cancel a NRT-SIN award with out penalty yesterday night. The original flight departure was on 3/30/2020.
2 tickets were booked without status and 2 were booked with MVPG. Originally thought that we would have to cough up for the cancellation fee, but alas it was only the non-refunable partner deposit that we had to forfeit.
