That is the main difference between the Plat Rimowa and the Lumo Tumi. The Rimowa gets nicer with every bump, but every scratch is one too many on the shiny black Tumi.
My Tumi is only 4 months old and full of scratches as if I was a veteran Lumo
The reason is simple, those who have tried to slam dunk it to ATR overhead bin they know
