AC still doesn't want to say that they took my money.

Yesterday i filled in a Claim for Refund on AC webpage, explaining the whole situation and attaching confirmation from the bank that AC took my money. I will wait till thursday for them to return my money back, if it doesn't help then I will fill in a Claim at my Bank. I am really annoyed with this what AC is doing, not going to book anything more with them.
