She's going from one Schengen country to another, so she should not have passport control. Countries within the Schengen zone do sometimes reinstate these controls, though.
This is for her arrival at CDG. She'll go through passport control before boarding her flight to JFK in the morning. I generally get to CDG almost three hours before departure and get to the gate with a comfortable but not excessive amount of time to spare.
