Look at BA:
Book online: No fee
Call: 15 quid (That's nearly 30 bucks!)

Heck, I upgraded a ticket (as in paying $700 extra) and they told me they would have to charge a 25 pound fee to re-issue the ticket! Hello, I'm trying to give you more money. D'uh! (Fortunately found a very understanding ticket agent at LGW who did not charge me!)

EasyJet: 5 pounds per SEGMENT if you phone. Oh, and it's not a toll free number either!

BMI/LiarAir (RyanAir): Pay with a credit card (like there's any other way on line?) 5 pounds ($9) BMI and 1.75 pounds ($3) on LiarAir.

I guess all is lost, they've won.
