If you decline a JAL itinerary change, do they call you from Japan?
We have a flight to Singapore & Japan end of March, of which we declined a recent itinerary change online. I've received two calls from Japanese numbers to my cell. First one I couldn't pickup and they left no message. Second call I picked up to complete silence to my hellos. I'm based in the US and find it odd they don't call back to a US based phone number with someone who might speak English.
Anybody feel like calling some numbers back to see if they're indeed JAL? I don't speak Japanese, hence my hesitancy to call back. If someone is so inclined to curiosity, they are:
81 3 4332 7296 (Tokyo?)
81 6 7732 8193 (Osaka?)
I apologise in advance if those numbers turn out to be scams, but "googling" has yielded no results.
