First Citi application since my BK in 2003 and Citi was part of charge off. I applied for a Citi Double cash with a ~730 Fico 4 score. Immediate denial. I called the Recon # 1-800-695-5171 and gave them the application # from the denial letter emailed to me. The representative did a manual review of my application and I was approved for $2,500.
