Has anyone had any experience with Delta refunding or offering e-certificates for international flights if the traveler has been told not to fly by their physician due to health risks related to the coronavirus? My oncologist and asthma doctors have both told me to stay off planes and away from any other crowded situation. I see Delta is offering no fees for cancellations if a flight is booked in March but there is nothing on their site about flights booked prior to March. I will call customer service tomorrow but wanted to see if anyone had a similar situation and how Delta resolved it.
