However, this time when I replied, the email bounced, "stay.add [at] marriott [dot] com The e-mail address you entered couldn't be found. Please check the recipient's e-mail address and try to resend the message. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk."

Regret to see that they have now disabled the option to reply to customer service emails.
