Dnata bought catering division of QF in 2018, not sure if they also do cleaning for QF, but the video cleaning process is what has been done for the past decade, in my observation. Current best practice is even more thorough.
Surely Dnata would clean as per client specifications(what the client is prepared to pay!)
That video could have been taken in Dubai where labour costs are less, would be good for QF to talk about this more in the current environment.
