Upgraded to executive floor (12th floor, where the executive lounge is located) with city view. Hopefully next time as a Diamond, I can get a river view room. The front desk directed me to the executive floor for check-in.

Service was excellent during check-in and check-out. There is high tea from 3-5pm and appetizers/drinks from 5-7 at the executive lounge. The view is exceptional as Ashkale mentions above. The lounge service was great as well maybe because it wasn't very busy on a Friday evening. I had breakfast in the restaurant on Saturday morning where they had lots of choices.

The room was relatively big with a nice view of Kuching city. Carpet was coming off in a few areas in the room but otherwise adequate for one night.

To me, this was great value for 10k points and I would stay here again.
