CPC is 99% marketing although there is a slight APR reduction on mortgage products (doesn't mean Chase will be lowest cost for you). The largest benefit I've gotten from CPC is free wire transfers.
Unless you have the minimum for JPM private bank the PB people will not devote a lot of individual time with you. If you want wealth management and cash management (i.e., banking) with only a 2 million dollar minimum check out UBS. UBS has a "premium" credit card if that is what you're looking for. UBS also seems to have more "local" offices unlike JPMPB.
As far as generating income from investments, pretty much any of the options out there can do that. The bigger question is what is the cost? Unless you have really complicated (e.g., small biz owner, family trusts, etc) you might be better off with the Vanguard's wealth management ($5 million min but you can start lower).
The website investopedia has reviews of most wealth management and "private" banks. You might want to start there.
