Your link confirms that it IS correct. Domestic F pax flying HA do get access to Premier Clubs (but not the Plumeria Lounge in HNL). Not to say that this gets you very much - you are getting much more than a semi-private waiting room with a soda fountain (and air conditioning in KOA).
