I'm a U25 member who is also a PC member. I needed a car for the week, so I rented with Hertz (from PIT.) A BMW 530i, which is apparently classified as a LCAR, was in the PC lot. As far as I know, only Prestige/Adrenaline/Dream cars are restricted to U25. However, the gate agent stopped me from taking the car and told me I can't take it because I'm under 25. The gate agent claimed that it wouldn't even let them "sign out" the car in their system as I was U25.
Should I complain to corporate about this, or should I just let it go?
Interesting - I grabbed a 530i towards the end of last year at MSP and had no issues.
I wonder if it’s because I used my corporate rate? Do any rates change the age limits?
