According to Turkish regulations, you are entitled to a free change or free cancellation; however, if you would like a free change on a flight in which there is no award availability, you would need to contact a TK sales office. If you would like to be rebooked on another airline or cancel the ticket entirely, you would need to contact United.

No monetary compensation for the flight as TK informed you no earlier than 15 days of departure.
