I have been trying to understand if nationals from China, S. Korea, Italy, Iran not flying from those countries can get a transit visa or not? On the QT website they mention that passenger with onward connections are accepted for travel, but can they admitted in Qatar if they don't come from affected countries?

I also can't find any clear answer on the Qatar embassy website.
