Thanks, all. After a couple unsuccessful calls with RC customer service I contacted the hotel directly and they quickly confirmed the correct rate is applied to our reservation.

Has anyone booked any activities through the hotel or are we better off looking elsewhere on the island for those? Thinking something like a cooking class, spa service, and a boat excursion to Ang Thong. Any other recommendations are be appreciated!
