My wife and I had a 10 day stay at this outstanding resort in February 2019, with a different experience than "ASTROPHSX". From the moment we arrived, to the day we departed, the friendly/ professional, staff always spoke English to both of us. We found the beach and the property to be "Spotless". We never saw any debris. Our patio furniture was cleaned daily. The housekeep, wrote nice notes, in English, everyday to us. We found the food at the hotels restaurants to be outstanding and reasonable priced. We booked 6 tours from the hotel's concierge ,Diego, who has a wealth of knowledge, and the prices were the same or cheaper than the travel agencies in town. The hotel's Executive Director, Ms. Franco, is the best hotel executive we have ever met. She over sees an amazing staff and property. In fact, when we returned, I wrote a email to Marriott's executive management suggesting that they use her to train their other resort executives and personnel. You can see I love this resort, and last week, I made another reservation for next year.
