About 2 years I think, ever since they started putting group numbers on the boarding pass. There is no visable sign of any status on the pass.
It has led to me being initially turned away at the First Wing or First Lounge from time to time, and on occasions very rudely. The QR code is ok though so if they scan it will show them I'm Qantas Platinum.
I guess I should just go to the First Wing and get one of these nice printed boarding cards.
