I actually preferred the partial ocean view as the ocean view is mostly of fishing vessels. We also had no noticeable sewage smell that others had reported. There are two pools. The larger pool on the south side pumps music and I would make every effort to avoid staying on the south side of the property.



The Solarium Suite features a king bed, large bathroom with shower and tub, living room, and guest bathroom. A small empty mini-fridge safe in each room. The living room is basically the same as the bedroom, though it has a wet bar and a much smaller full bathroom. Every night there is turn down service, though they don't actually turn down the bed or put out slippers. It's pretty much setting the lights, refreshing waters, light cleaning, and putting chocolates on the pillows. The bed is on the firm side. At night there was a strange noise every 30 second which sounded like an empty soda can being placed firmly on the ground. It was extremely annoying and after three nights we could not determine where it was coming from (not the A/C). Otherwise the room was comfortable.












Sparkling wine and chocolate covered strawberries were provided after management were informed it was our anniversary.


Cheese plate and a bottle of red wine was provided as an additional Platinum welcome amenity (on top of the free breakfast).
