Correct and a lot more experience in dealing with BA , I am not afraid to stand up to them and in fact as a CSD I see it as one of my duties to my crew.
It looks like passengers were informed beforehand and offered a chance to rebook. If the setup is legal and a passenger decides to suffer sub-par service in order to get home/to meetings on time, why would you declare yourself unfit to fly and not fulfil your customers’ request?
