There was a comment above about pillows and blankets.......on a recent ATH-LHR flight on an A321neo (gasp) I had blankets and pillows in CE, yet on other short haul + routes there’s been nothing. What is the SOP for pillows/blankets in CE?

I’ve also flown both carriers on this route and actually prefer BA if on the A320 family aircraft. I don’t rate AYs BoB menu, but obviously the long haul aircraft and Emerald treatment are preferable.
