Any recent experience trying to extend the cert a second time? It was extended for me once before. I had to cancel a reservation in the US last minute, and my cert expires in a couple of weeks. The cert went back to my account automatically. It now says I have "Partial Package - 7 nights category 1-4" cert. Any way to extend it?
