I've seen these BR2F fares on routes like RDU-LAX for around $800. A word of advice if you plan on booking one - CO frequently matches these fares but they are D fares. The CO D fare gives not only get the 150% EQM but 150% banked miles as well. And if the routing goes through EWR to the west coast the CO transcon service is very nice - seafood appetizer, sundae, baked on board cookies, etc...
