It is written on the status match web page (https://status.emeraldclub.com/): "National® will now match your status in more than 40 of the world’s most popular car rental, airline and hotel loyalty program". I know that some years ago they advertise SPG status match, so guess Marriott for example still valid.
I have personnaly submitted several proof with my demand: Hertz PC, Amex Platinum (Air France card), Flying Blue Platinum (AF) and Marriott Titanium. Don't know which one get the deal.
