Even though a ticket is nominally non-refundable, the airline may refund it under the current circumstances. You need to ask the airline. You will need to have done this to file a claim.

I interpreted "Las Vegas show" to be a show in Las Vegas, e.g., Blue Man Group.
If so, an airline isn't going to refund that.
