On a single ticket you will be fine and I wouldn't hesitate to book. If we are talking about separate tickets you would need to accept the risk that you may misconnect at BOG and would need to rebook the PTY flight or pay for new ticket (assuming that there is no subsequent flights in the BOG-PTY ticket) - in any case your incoming flight needs to be seriously late for you to misconnect and the risk is quite low IMO.
