What about a refund? Does anyone know. I was in a hotel for 3 nights with no power because a tornado went right over us. The next day the hotel got a generator for the lobby only and they wouldn’t even let me charge my phone in the lobby. I was basically stuck there. All the roads were blocked off it’s horrible.
